Office Coordinator

With headquarters in London, spaces in LA and New York, we have a team of more than 150 people dedicated to enhancing and developing the Depop experience for our global communities. And we’re just getting started.

Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Office Coordinator in our New York team to support our fast-paced, collaborative and growing working environment. In this role you’ll greet all visitors, manage post and deliveries, coordinate food shopping and keep our kitchen and office areas tidy, maintaining a positive environment for all.

Overall, you will be integral in allowing the team to comfortably bring their whole selves to work each day and provide valuable support as the business goes through an important period of growth and development.


  • You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests & employees that walk through Depop’s front door so you’ll be making all feel welcome and preparing refreshments for visitors when required.
  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organisation and safety in the office to ensure our space is functional for all employees.
  • Booking travel for the US team and helping manage the travel budget.
  • Coordinating accounts payable with our London finance team, ensuring our records are organised and suppliers are paid on time
  • Ensuring kitchen, bathrooms, and all office supplies are fully stocked at all times.
  • Whether expected or not, you’ll take ownership of any facilities issues that arise in a calm and responsive manner.
  • Team support for particular meetings or internal events (calendar bookings, meeting rooms, catering, taking minutes of meetings).
  • Overseeing team wellness activities, coordinating quarterly staff outings and organizing anniversary and birthday celebrations.
  • Understanding the Depop culture and maintaining a great working environment.
  • Taking care of new starters and setting them up with the proper IT equipment


  • Pragmatic problem solving skills; you don’t lose your cool under pressure and can quickly think of sensible solutions to a multitude of issues.
  • A dedicated organiser and multi-tasker, you love making lists, ticking things off them even more and can balance multiple competing priorities effortlessly.
  • A confident and collaborative self starter with initiative.
  • A very sunny disposition is required and a great sense of humour.
  • Experience in an office environment and dealing with contractors and facilities is appreciated.
