Head of Partnerships

Our HQ is based in London and we have spaces in Milan, NYC and LA. As our community continues to grow, we’re on the hunt for a global Head of Partnerships to develop and champion our UK and US Influencer market. This exciting and challenging role will include; executing relevant engagement campaigns, reporting insights on current competitors, a carer for finer details, thinking outside of the box and possessing the Depop vision at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and grow the partnerships team in the London HQ office, with oversight of global influencer operations (in our NYC, LA and Milan teams), [reporting into Director of Marketplace]
  • Own the entire influencer and partnerships marketing program globally, driving user acquisition, improved engagement and supporting brand awareness
  • Conduct an assessment of current influencer operations and set up the capabilities to continually develop our influencer program
  • Lead the execution of partnerships with relevant brands/individuals
  • Develop and implement creative ideas for influencer micro campaigns, schemes and community events
  • Ensure the program is impactful; analysing and reporting results and the implications
  • Develop a roadmap and manage partnerships/influencer budget

Requirements

  • Experience in managing global influencer/ partnership marketing teams
  • Ability to think creatively as well as analyse data
  • Actively engaged with current campaigns and individuals within the fashion and music culture
  • Specialise in strategic Influencer partnerships that amplify engagement, brand awareness and user acquisition
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with creative teams, production agencies and media owners / build, manage and nurture relationships
  • Encourage innovative thinking and delivery within a team
  • A proactive problem solver
  • Exceptional attention detail
