Headquartered in London and with spaces in New York, LA and Milan, we are a team of over 100 dedicated to supporting and enhancing the Depop experience for our 10 million plus users around the world.

Due to our continued growth, we’re looking for a CRM Executive (reporting into CRM manager) to help activate and engage our users by improving our lifecycle CRM. You’ll be helping Depop users discover items they love, and grow their Depop shop, through email campaigns and other internal marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Support and development of lifecycle CRM strategy and engagement campaigns
  • Implementation, monitoring and analysis of new communication tactics with the Depop community across push, in-app messages and email
  • Execution of new ideas to grow our user engagement and conversion
  • Launching experiments/surveys to improve the understanding of our community

Requirements

  • Have experience working with CRM channels for a B2C or C2C product/service before (mobile app a bonus)
  • Have a highly analytical mindset that enables you to understand CRM impact and the implications for our users, app performance, or a specific marketing campaign
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking; and able to combine problem solving skills with creative ideas
  • Naturally curious and hungry to learn
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience with HTML a plus
