Influencer Relations Manager

Our HQ is based in London and we have spaces in Milan, NYC and LA. As our community continues to grow, we’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic ‘go-getter’ who is keen on developing their skills in client liaison and has a passion for photography, fashion and styling. We have a large influential community existing on Depop, and require someone to effectively champion the experience of specific VIP’s, providing a white glove service both online and offline.You will be required to condition, activate and champion our UK Influencer division through exclusive schemes, social promotion and shop support.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for active Influencers; understanding their needs from the get-go, offering effective support and championing their experience.
  • Responsible for offering schemes from our exclusive range to specific Influencers (dependent on their tier) and providing them with an effective white glove service from start to finish
  • Manage an array of Influencer shops
  • Use initiative to improve current tracking and insights regarding Influencer activity and long term value.
  • Support with ongoing growth and strategic support of micro/medium/macro Influencers
  • Proactively check in with Influencers (pre existing and new) on the status of their shop, their intent to buy or sell and have them as active as possible
  • Ability to adapt quickly to our brand vision and culture when managing Influencer shops and offering support
  • Assist Head of Partnerships with developing and implementing initiatives to drive sign-ups via our Influencers
  • Take co-ownership of our Influencer folder and Pipeline, checking the status and activity of the Influencer, regularly
  • Assist Marketplace team with ad-hoc administrative tasks based around weekly reporting, such as a weekly report on Top Influencers of the week based on sign ups, searches and buyer conversion
