Our People team are incredibly important to the Depop mission, as our actions impact every single person in the business, and we need to curate an incredible experience for them. The Senior People Partner / Manager will have a dual focus, the first will be to support our 20+ line managers on people issues and strategies, coaching and developing them to improve how they support, grow, and ensure their teams have impact on the business.
The second focus will be designing and delivering HR products, processes and experiences that engage our people, and deliver results for the business. From re-imagining performance management and recognition, to launching tactical L&D initiatives and development structures for teams to draw upon, you will seriously impact our employee experience, helping every single one of our employees be happier and more successful.
