Influencer Partnerships Manager

Right now, we’re looking for a Community Partnerships Success Coordinator to join the team in our New York office. You will be an expert in everything gen-z, with the ability to identify influencers both mainstream and niche within the Streetwear, Vintage and Music communities.

Your primary responsibility will be identifying and owning influencers/content creator partnerships with the goal of growing our user base. These partnerships will live on channels such as Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and any other relevant social media. You’ll own the performance of these key channels end to end - defining strategy, collaborating with internal creative, producing briefs and marketing collateral, launching, analyzing and optimizing our endorsed campaigns.

You will make Depop an inspiring and rewarding destination for Influencers that align with our company values; Community, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability.


  • Ideate new ways to reach our target audience via our partners
  • Ownership of key performance metric agenda, leverage data to evaluate relationships and opportunities for growth
  • Lead contract negotiation with partners
  • Launch affiliate and sponsored programs
  • Oversee influencer campaigns to ensure timely execution of deliverables from both parties
  • Work cross-functionally as needed, especially with social media and marketing teams
  • Deliver agreed performance within budget


Must haves:

  • Ideally 2+ years experience cultivating and developing influencer partnerships
  • Strong knowledge in Federal Trade Commission Guidelines (FTC) and standard deal points
  • Strong knowledge of social media; You are digitally savvy and curious
  • Experience pitching and negotiating with external partners and agencies
  • Project management experience with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in GSuite, Excel, and third party analytics
  • Able to compile, analyze and interpret data to identify marketing strategies, develop hypotheses, and test them in the market
  • High level navigation of the Depop platform
  • Motivated and outgoing
  • Ability to work both independently, but also as a teamplayer
