Depop LA Intern

Depop is the social shopping app where the world’s creatives come together to discover, buy and sell inspiring and unique items. We’re redefining the way that fashion works, allowing everyone to find their own style, and connect with their community. We’re growing at an exponential rate and have raised over $40m from top tier investors such as Balderton, Octopus and Creandum. Our HQ is based in London and we have spaces in Milan, NYC and LA.

We’re looking for a part time intern to assist with the Depop LA Space.

Requirements

Ideal candidate is familiar with the app and loves to talk about it! Must have previous retail, studio, or gallery experience. Friendly and willing to talk to any customers that come in the space. Has reliable transportation, and is willing to work weekends. Photography experience is a plus!

  • Must be available Thursday-Sunday and additional event days.
  • Work closely with the LA space manager
  • Help with day to day shop tasks including: organization, visual merchandising, tagging, inventory, etc.
  • Assist in day of set up and break down for events (average of 2 a week)
  • Greet walk in customers, answer questions.
  • Execute in store sales through the app
  • Packing, and shipping weekly orders.
  • Occasionally run errands outside of the space
  • Assit with photo studio appointments.
