We’re taking a collective trip down memory lane. Items like skinny jeans, lace camis, and babydoll tops are making a comeback. It feels like 2010 all over again, with the return of "swag" and the rebirth of Topshop.  If you're looking to embrace the nostalgia or just hop on the trend, you can find original pieces from the era on Depop, because why settle for imitation?

Preppy sportswear 

From Aimé Leon Dore's golf collection to tennis star Jannik Sinner fronting Gucci’s summer campaign, the line between actual sports and sportswear-inspired fashion continues to blur. Ralph Lauren and Hugo Boss joined traditional tennis brands like Lacoste, in sponsoring top athletes at The US Open, making the event a fashion spectacle as well as a tournament. Even NOCTA teaming up with Nike on a preppy cricket collaboration is a sign of a shift that’s set to guide fashion for a few more seasons to come.

Countryside outerwear  

British heritage brands are currently shaping the fashion landscape as classic outerwear becomes ever more popular. Barbour – especially following their Farm Rio collaboration – and Burberry are joined by Marks and Spencer and relative newcomers, Damson Madder, in bringing the British countryside to a global audience. Get involved by layering wax jackets over items cut from quilted fabrics and checked-print pieces.

I’ll pair them both with relaxed straight-leg Levi's jeans, for all-day comfort, as well as the Burberry trench, which adds polish on chilly days. The vintage brown suede bag, oval sunglasses, and these dark brown Gucci loafers make it an effortless option for commuting, coffee runs, or office days.”

“As the weather transitions and temperatures drop, I'm opting for classic style and light layers. My go-to outfit includes a cropped Barbour wax jacket, a Comme des Garçons striped shirt, navy wool suit trousers, Gucci loafers, and a vintage watch. To combat the colder mornings and even colder evenings, I'm adding a fleece trapper hat to stay warm.”

“I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to summer, so I’m sneaking a little of it into fall with this Miaou floral-print, long-sleeved top in dreamy peach and jasmine tones. Earth-toned sneakers 

As fall begins, it’s time to say goodbye to white sneakers and welcome a new palette. This season, hues inspired by walks in nature are all leading the way. Think dark greens, browns, and stone grays, with pairs from New Balance, Salomon, and Vans.

Contemporary classics

Fall’s more formal footwear styles see timeless designs interpreted in a fresh way. The square toe is prominent, giving structure with everything from pumps to loafers. Slouchy boots, in leather or suede, are casual yet polished. And platform loafers merge traditional elegance with a more contemporary feel.

There’s been a real surge in searches for comfortable, warm, and stylish seasonal footwear, and with it, a resurgence of classic, cozy styles. UGGs, suede shoes, and Wallabees are all proving to be popular choices for this season.
