Early 1900s vintage, RARE, original Rose O’Neill Kewpie print. ★ PRICE FIRM ★ Amazing piece of artwork by the incredible illustrator, creator of the kewpie, Rose O’Neill. Although I do not have an exact date, I know this is about 100 years old as O’Neill began creating artwork featuring the kewpies in the early 1900s before her death in 1944. This print is 11.5in tall x 8in wide and is in really good shape considering it’s age, but does have signs of aging along the borders. Some slight discoloration & marks around the top & bottom borders. From what I’ve gathered these are fairly rare and are collectors items. I was able to get my hands on a few original Rose O’Neill prints & will be selling the others in the next few days.
