Forged in the USA, these pieces have fantastic structural integrity, solid weight, and classic Colonial style. Condition Details: These candlesticks are being sold in as-found vintage condition. The original factory clear lacquer coating is wearing off, resulting in an uneven, splotchy patina and dark oxidation spots on the bare metal across the bases and stems. There are no dents, deep gouges, or structural breaks. Because these are 100% solid brass, they are prime candidates for easy restoration! Stripping away the remaining clear topcoat with boiling water or acetone will allow you to polish them up to a brilliant, like-new golden mirror shine using standard brass cleaner.
