Extremely light weight, I would almost say sheer, plaid blouse. Buttons up and has a moderately low v neck. Pattern made up of a nice turquoise or aqua blue, navy, black, and just a touch of orange. 3 quarter sleeves slightly gathered with a button. There is one little hole next to the left front pocket and there are leftovers of straps on the sides that would have been belt loops but were cut off before I came into possession of this shirt. Marked size medium, but it fits a bit snug, likely shrunk quite a bit over the years. For reference, I am 5'6" and wear a medium.
