I’m unsure how modern this piece is since I was gifted it by someone else. Also, the lining inside is stretchy but the shell itself is not. The bust was a tad bit roomy as a S/32B, but that’s the case with most S clothes on me so that part is TTS. However, it rises up on my 38in/Sz4 hips bc they’re too tight. It is not forgiving on curvy bodies, and it might be a shift dress. I love the heavy buckles but the longer I keep it, the smaller it fits.
