NEW Express off white sleeveless midi duster size small Has some imperfections as seen in last photo 2 spots one blue discoloration that must have bleed from somewhere and other more than spot. Also is missing a tie belt but when I purchased it I didn’t even realize one came with. Have not tried to clean it but in my personal opinion was not that bad. NWT new with tags
