This amazing skirt is from the legendary Goth and Punk brand Lip Service, this discontinued skirt is also in the rare size of 4X. From the 2000s, the pictures on the dress form look weird because even when the dress form is extended to it's largest size, the skirt is still too big to fit, so I cinched the lace up sides of skirt to make it fit as best as it could. So if you're smaller than a 4X, you can make the skirt smaller by adjusting and cinching in the lacing. The 7th photo shows the skirt waist with the lace-up sides uncinched . Made of a beautiful non-stretch velvet, the bottom has 8 insert burnout velvet panels and the middle back panel is longer to give a train. It is unlined and has a middle back zipper closure.
