Worn on the sole so it lifts after continuous wear but very quickly repairable with some super glue (last picture). Slight wear where the toes are also. No wear on the actual heel other than that. Velvety Material. Runs slightly large, but fits perfectly with a gel heel cushion. 5-inch height
