Used but in nice shape (biggest issue is the bow in the back) The bow in the back is not real and seems to have some seams that need repairing. I don’t know how to neatly sew hems and trim so I didn’t try to fix this. The bow loops can be taken out and need to be sewn back in. It seems an easy fix if you know what you’re doing. Super flattering fit Says it’s from Ruby’s costume shop so it is not real 1920s wear I did my best to capture the fringe. It has fringe all the way around! The fringe seems to be in decent shape.
