whatever this perfume is...it sure does smell good. Or laundry detergent...whichever. It does say 30 inch waist, but it looks more like a 28 when measured. Items have been steamed for sanitization (if applicable) and are sealed in a plastic resealable bag for storage and shipped in a poly-mailer when possible.
