This is a Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat fishbowl purse! It’s a gorgeous minty-teal color with an orange fish design. The “bowl” part is clear plastic, making it the perfect unique concert bag for the summer! It’s 9” in diameter, and up to 2” wide. It’s in great preowned condition, with a few light signs of wear on the plastic and I found one minuscule speck off the strap, pictured in the last photo.
