Can we just talk about how AMAZING this outfit is??? 1970’s does 1940’s with a peplum and shoulder pads, beautiful pleating at the neck that drapes beautifully, all intact buttons and button holes. The shoulder pads have been changed at one time from sewn in to velcro. Oh, and yeah, it has pockets!!
