This is a gorgeous deep red / maroon velvet dress. My best guess from researching is that it is from the 80's. Popular and sought after brand, Lanz. The size tag is unfortunately worn, but the measurements are below and appear most consistent with XS. The trim is in great shape and off-white. Bust - 31.5" - 32" Waist - 27" Hips - 34" Length - 51" Hem / Flare - 29"
