The costume has some condition issues on the skirt. The hem was turned up about 8 inches and held with safety pins to be worn without the hoop petticoat. This caused some pulls and little holes as well as some light stains. The right sleeve has stretched such that it is larger than the other sleeve. A safety pin is gathering the fullness of the sleeve. This Enchanted Princess Halloween Costume features a luxurious blend of satin and brocade.
