REPOP: Navy blue full zip midi dress by Elan. Smocked waist with pockets. Brand new without tags. Size XS fits Small. Love this dress, but it’s just a smidge too small on me. I’m more of a S/M and this would be great on an XS/S. Waist (smocked part) measures 13” laid flat, but will stretch a few inches. (Love the snatching effect!). Top zipper is adjustable, but the bottom zipper is fixed. And, it has pockets! Was picturing this with knee high boots and a sweater now, and with sandals/ballet flats in the spring/summer.
