A very nice quality Talbot's wool skirt from the 1970s or early 1980s. Made in USA, this is a blue/green plaid, pleated, full length skirt with a side button closure. Please go by measurements as this is probably vintage sizing! Waist is 13 inches across Hips are 16.5 inches across
