Created in 1992 as an expression of his own anxiety towards the direction of civilization and the budding computer age, his label's clothing is meant to prepare it’s wearers for a post-apocalyptic world. In turn there’s a heavy focus on functionality. This utilitarian design is truly one of a kind. With its full length zippers and bountiful storage pockets, the jacket is both a statement and a tool for survival. Tsumara intends for the pockets to be stuffed with newspaper once the cold comes, and otherwise with one’s belongings when traveling.
