It is likely made from wool or a wool blend and is nearly sheer, making it very comfortable for hot weather. It has a three-button front, narrow lapels, a partial lining, and the shoulders are lightly padded. Made in USA! The only sign of wear present is the remnants of a label being sewn into the collar, however, aside from this, there are no others! No size is marked, however, the jacket measures to fit a US men's size 44R.
