This is a listing for one long sleeved floral print tie neck blouse. The base color of the blouse, the color which lies beneath the floral motif is black. The design of this dress features a rounded shaped neckline on the back of the blouse. The front neckline is much less rounded and features a wide but short v-cut, the ends of which are supported and upheld by strings that tie around the neck. The flowers present in the all-over style of print appear to me, to consist of white roses, petunias, and red roses. There appears to be vertical streaks in the fabric that may be due to excessive pulling of loose threads. Upon first glance this detail does not appear to be anything other than very thin oddly shaped vertical pleats or a design which resembles very thin, oddly shaped vertical pleats. Both of the strings that tie around the neck suffer from considerable wear, with explosive fabric fraying present, as they are pictured in photograph number five. Size XS (character limit)
