I am always prompt with answering any and all questions! All sales are final. Measurements will be posted on listings as I am able to do them, and are available upon request in the meantime. Returns will only be processed if an item has been misrepresented. No trades or swaps, so pls don't ask! I will process holds up to and no longer than 24 hrs so that other potential buyers have a chance to purchase items. Purchases made on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the next Monday or working business day (because some Mondays are holidays). I work full time, so I might have to wait slightly longer to ship items out depending on the time of day an item was purchased - but if I can ship same day, I will! I currently only process shipping in the USA.
