Burgundy satin blouse with added black ruffles and a bow you can tie manually at the collar! I restored this buttons because the old buttons were a mess! Last photo shows a strange stain/damage that I can’t identify. The top came with it so I have no idea what it is, but I looks like heat damage from improper care.
