Mossimo size M dark brown halter top with long fringe. Fabric is 88% polyester/12% spandex. Tie behind neck and buckle at center back. Bust has soft bra cups and elastic underneath. Pit to pit-15” (unstretched). Length (top of neckline to bottom edge of fringe)-approximately 20”. When back strap is open, it measures 27” (unstretched)…see last photo. Note: This may have originally been a swim top due to the stretch nylon fabric and bust construction. But it also looks like an everyday summer top due to the long fringe. #9
