When I wore it I wore a 46DD and it was able to accommodate me. The breast cups and everything are adjustable. There is stretch to both the swimsuit material and the lace overlay. No flaws on the lace overlay. Cannot recommend this swimsuit enough, I felt very flirty and cute whenever I wore it.
