1999 Eidos Interactive promotional canvas tote bag featuring characters from classic video game franchises like Tomb Raider, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, and Fear Effect This has never been used but there are some some random marks on the back shown in the last two pictures. This canvas bag template was later re-used and modified to promote the then upcoming release of Fear Effect. In this variant, Gex has been replaced by Hana Tsu-Vachel (the main protagonist of the Fear Effect series). Another interesting change about this bag is that it features the updated address for Eidos's website. As opposed to the other characters, the reason for Gex's removal from this bag is probably due to the fact that a new game in the series wasn't coming out in 2000 (Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 2 was initially slated for a 2000 release, but was delayed and pushed back the following year to 2001).
