Year is a guess, unclear on exact year but does say 48 on the city champs patch on the side. l on front is coming up slightly in one corner as seen in picture. I have another letterman jacket that appears to be from the same school on my page as well. Does not have a size on tap so Im using my best guess, seems like roughly an adult medium
