Here are some of the policies I follow or just general notices :) REFUNDS ! • I do full refunds if something on my end is not handled properly, like an incorrect return address or failing to report major flaw, BEFORE item has shipped • Refunds AFTER item has shipped MUST go through depop’s customer service center, and the item MUST be returned before a full refund is issued PAYMENT ! • I only accept Depop Payments, please do not purchase with PayPal! SHIPPING ! • I try my best to ship out within 48 hours of purchasing, but this sometimes will vary. I will always keep you updated on where I am in the shipment process! • I have a cat— Duncan! I always wash clothes AND lint roll them before I send them out, but he sheds a lot, especially in the warmer months, so I may miss some stray fur! • PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM MY SHOP IF YOU’RE ALLERGIC TO CATS!
