Squat round stoneware vase with a hand carved lotus petal band in rust and burgundy, each petal filled with a stippled gold texture. Small round mouth rimmed in soft green glaze, body glazed a deep green that fades lighter near the foot, glossy black glaze inside the neck. Signed on the base, incised Sullivan and Vermont along with a small stamped studio mark. Measures approximately 7.25 inches in diameter and 4.5 inches tall, opening about 3 inches across.
