Vintage Cache asymmetrical ruffled/frilled Y2K dress size 2 y2k rare dress with trailing/waterfall frills and ruffles! feel like a fairy princess or a jellyfish, whatever you prefer 😅 inside seams have some fraying and the ends of some of the ruffles have fraying, please see photos. note this is a vintage item and has some flaws. the fraying of the inside and ruffle edges are not very noticeable when worn because of how many ruffles there are. however, the bodice looks fine. I didn't see any snags or damage. bodice is stretchy, no zipper. halter neck.
