I was blocked before i could even issue a refund. There was little to no communication on her end. This was initially from back in August too. I tried reaching out and she ghosted me for weeks. I would have offered a refund/another solution had she talked to me. I didnt think a $5 order would be a big deal especially since she forgot about it in the first place🤷🏻‍♀️ also not very nice being called a liar over smth i literally cannot control (when the package goes off to shipping)
