There’s no size labeled, but this is best for a medium (too big on me, size small). Back is shirred to make sure it’s a good fit, and there is boning in the front. Not sure on a decade, but I’m guessing 90s or Y2K. This top is vintage, which means some light wear throughout. The only notable issue is one piece of boning slightly pops out. A few stitches will likely do the trick. This fabric also slightly sheds, and I would hand wash only.
