Based on the fit I am going to say it is best for a true 2 in today's sizing. There is also an extra inch available on the Hem if you undo the aftermarket hem job thread and are willing to press the creases out. EUC, there is one small black scuff on the left front hem and some rubbing of the glitter just under the arms, but your arms will cover this during wear. I also detect a slight vinegar smell from the acetate fabric wearing over time, but I have an extremely sensitive nose. This is unlikely to be a bother to anyone else.
