Bratz Phoebe Birthday Bash Doll Brand new with tags #birthday #collectible Condition Note for Collectors:** The Bratz Phoebe doll inside is 100% brand new, factory sealed, and has never been removed from her packaging. Her screening, hair, and accessories are in mint condition. However, the external box packaging has significant wear, including heavy tearing, and fraying on both the top left and top right corners, (please see close-up photos). This is an absolute dream piece for an Out-of-Box (OOB) collector who wants a brand-new doll at a discount, or for someone who doesn't mind severe box wear!
