As this shoe is over 10 years old, please understand normal maintenance usually includes resoling the shoe, retouching color, replacing heel taps or zipper, replacing/regluing/reattaching embellishment, fixing lose or broken shoe straps, and regluing lifted insoles. If you're not comfortable doing such maintaince at a shoe cobbler, please do not purchase.
