I think it was from a holiday collection so it always reminds me of glitzy holiday parties. For reference, I have light to medium warm olive skin and I think this could work across a wide variety of skin tones because it has a sheer base and never gave me that streaky look on my cheeks that some highlighters with a white or colored base have. I loved wearing it on my collarbone too. It was my favorite choice for a romantic candlelit vibe.
