Has a small hole/scuff to the middle end of the left back panel. The bottom switch panel is missing. The cord has dirt stains, light scratches, and scuffs. The inside light figure has dirt stains, and the metal has scuffs and scratches all around. Has scuffs to the rim on various sides and edges, and glue residue in the top left panel on the left side.
