American Apparel high waisted cuff short. Super cute and an essential for summer!! Size 28, but I would recommend for a 26 or 27" waist, as it fits tightly, but can fit up to 28" at most. These are well worn, and have faded to a more medium wash color as seen in the 3rd and 4th photos. Only flaw is the small bleach stain on the front right side, as shown in the 3rd photo.
