This is a Dan Dee Collector's Choice genuine fine bisque porcelain doll on a carousel horse. This collectible doll is part of the "Collector's Choice" line, often specifically identified as "Jennifer" from the "Collectible Memories" series. Christmas theme with presents under the horse and green/red colors. The doll has never been removed from the box. Found some photos online that show what she looks like outside the box.
