HELP! Has anyone ever used this colour b4 hair dye remover?! I got the extra strong one to use as I got my hair dyed a darker richer brown in the hair dressers about 4 months ago and I wanted to get my original colour back but it's went a gingery brown colour and now my re-growth looks even worse 😬😬 thinking maybe I should try it again, maybe it hasn't taken it all out properly? Dunno what to do xx
