There is some smudging from storage but it's superficial and a proper wash should relieve it see picture. Waist measures 11 1/4 across so just over a 22 inch highwaist 27 1/2 inch length 18 inch across base hem plus about a 2 inch on the back right around 18 to 18 inches across the hip area original tag still installed.
