It's an upcycled cropped basic white Gap brand custom crop top crew neck sweatshirt. Cropped and reworked by me! Complete with a simple blank white canvas and a little splash of color with the drawstring. I started with a women's size XS and I cropped it then I finished the hem with a new drawstring. It will fit a tad larger than an extra small however. 22" pit to pit and 14" from front collar to finished drawstring hem. I stitched a single stitch of white thread to finish the hem and inserted a new birthday cake drawstring with grommets and a new pink spring cord lock. No holes or stains.
