It's an upcycled gray Texas Longhorns custom drawstring crop top crew neck sweatshirt. Complete with Texas spell out patch lettering across the front. I started with a men's size large and I cropped it and I finished the hem with a new drawstring. 24" pit to pit and 14 1/2" from front collar to finished drawstring hem. I stitched a single stitch of gray thread to finish the hem and inserted a new burnt orange drawstring with grommets and a new black spring cord lock. No holes or stains.
