VTG NWT Risa Ann METALLIC Pink Floral Thin Duster Jacket Women's 24W NEW 80s Item is New With Tags and most likely from the 80s, but could be early 90s. This is a very thin and lightweight metallic duster jacket that is to be worn like a cardigan and NOT a blouse. It is a pullover as the bottom front is attached with 2 buttons that are non-functional and it has shoulder pads to help with form. The fabric is 90% Polyester and 10% Metallic and it has a sleek look and feel to it. It is a Women's 24W with an approximate pit to pit of 27" and a length of 32.5".
