★Bundle & save – lower shipping + extra discount! ★Packed with great care A set of five vintage Japanese wooden trays made in Kagawa (Sanuki Shikki – urushi lacquerware). They feature “Nomiuchi” chisel carving along the rim, a traditional hand-carved technique that adds texture and character. Finished with genuine urushi lacquer, giving the wood a warm tone and durable surface. Originally designed as small towel trays (oshibori), but also great for holding dessert spoons, forks, wagashi, or small bite-size treats. They were stored in the original box, which shows the age. The items inside are like new and well preserved. - Origin: Kagawa, Japan - Size: Each approx. 8in (L) × 3in (W) - Estimated era: Likely 1970s–1980s based on the legal quality display style - Condition: Like new. No signs of use on the trays. The box shows aging and tears from long-term storage. Please check the photos to confirm the condition. #Japanese #Vintage #Handcarved #smalltray #woodentray
